Delivering Your Wedding Gown Back to Your Home
After your gown has been cleaned, repaired, and carefully preserved, it’s time to send it back to you. We take every precaution to ensure your treasured dress arrives safely back at your home, protected and trackable.

Packing for Safe Return
Once your gown has been cleaned and preserved, it is carefully stored in the preservation chest and then packed into a durable, dual-layered, waterproof shipping container to ensure a safe journey back to your home.

Shipment Notification & Tracking
You’ll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your gown is ready to ship, so you can monitor its return in real-time. You can also track the progress using the GownTracker™ system.

Commercial-Grade Packaging
To protect your gown, we use a triple-layer system. The acid-free preservation chest, featuring a viewing window, is housed within a sturdy outer storage chest for added protection. Then, both the chests are enclosed in a double-wall, commercial-grade, waterproof, and crush-resistant shipping container.

Wedding Dress Inspection
When your dress arrives, we recommend a gentle inspection of the dress. You can use the viewing window to examine the gown visually. Additionally, within the kit, you'll find white gloves designed to prevent the transfer of oils from your hands.

Re-Sealing the Kit
The kit provides extra sealing squares to reseal the preservation chest after thoroughly inspecting it.
Important Reminder
Please remember that removing your wedding dress from the Preservation Chest will void the 100-year warranty.Â
