Once your finalized bridal gown is prepared for shipment to your residence, you'll get an email notification sent to the account used for ordering the Wedding Dress Preservation Kit. This email includes your UPS tracking number, allowing you to monitor your dress's location during its brief return journey home. Utilize our GownTracker™ system at any point during the preservation to stay informed about the current status of the cleaning and preservation stages of your wedding dress.

We ensure the protection of your wedding dress with multiple layers of top-tier packaging and shipping containers as it makes its way back to your home. Your Preservation Chest, equipped with a viewing window, is additionally encased in our resilient Wedding Dress Preservation Storage Chest, safeguarding it during its storage period.

For the concluding trip to your home, both the Preservation Chest and Storage Chest are enclosed securely within our double-wall shipping container designed for commercial-grade durability. This shipping container, virtually indestructible, is resistant to water and capable of withstanding crushing forces, ensuring the highest level of safeguarding for your gown as it travels.

Upon receiving your wedding gown at home, we recommend conducting a gentle examination of your cleaned and preserved attire. Our packaging facilitates easy access to the lower part of the Preservation Chest, enabling you to inspect the hem, which tends to accumulate the most dirt after a joyous wedding celebration. Additionally, you can visually assess the rest of your wedding dress and accessories through the viewing window on the Preservation Chest.

Within the Wedding Dress Preservation Kit, you'll find white gloves designed for your inspection. They serve to safeguard the pristine fabrics of your wedding dress by preventing any transfer of oils or contaminants from your hands. Additionally, the kit provides extra sealing squares to reseal the Preservation Chest once you've completed the inspection.

Reminder: Removing your wedding dress entirely from the Preservation Chest will render our 100-year warranty null and void. If the dress is separated from the chest and bust, we cannot assure that new stains won't be transferred, possibly resulting in yellowing in the future.
