STEP 1: Verify Order Details

Check the accuracy of your information on the pre-filled order form. When placing your order online, you can use a different return address. We also provide an alternative delivery card for updates. Use this opportunity to upgrade your preservation kit by completing the personalization form and making payment through a check or online methods.

STEP 2: Use Stain Stickers for Specific Spots

Utilize the provided fabric-safe stain stickers to indicate areas requiring special attention, such as makeup smudges or food stains. Avoid marking the hemline, as it is frequently soiled. Our wedding preservation team will meticulously clean and examine this section. Stick only to the provided stain stickers, as their adhesive is gentle on delicate wedding dress fabrics and won't harm the fibers of your bridal gown. STEP 3: Assemble the Shipping Container

Include the white and yellow duplicates of your order form (retain the pink copy), an optional alternative delivery card, and, if needed, your personal check for upgrades. STEP 4: Attach the UPS Shipping Label

Detach the lower section of the pre-paid UPS shipping label and affix it to the reverse side of the pink order form. Retain the pink duplicate for your documentation, as it contains updated shipping details and the tracking number.

Lower the two flaps marked "A" on the shipping box, followed by folding down the two flaps labeled "B" over the "A" flaps.
