How to Safely Pack and Send Your Wedding Dress for Preservation?
Once your wedding dress preservation kit arrives, the next step is to pack and send your wedding gown to us carefully. You’ll receive the shipping kit within 3 to 5 days via FedEx, which measures 2' x 2' x 1½'.
Check the Kit’s Content
Once your shipping kit arrives, please thoroughly inspect the contents. It should have a crush-proof and water-proof container, a waterproof poly bag, a prepaid shipping label, stain stickers, packing tape, an order form, and detailed instructions.
Verify Your Order Details
Check your pre-filed order form to confirm all information is accurate, including your return address. You can also use the form to request upgrades, update your return address, or leave a note for our team.
Use Stain Stickers for Specific Spots
Mark any visible stain using the provided fabric-safe stain stickers. Please ensure you avoid marking the hemline, as the team will handle cleaning that area with care.
Assemble the Shipping Box
Place your wedding gown and up to five accessories carefully in the waterproof poly bag. Add the white and yellow copies of your order form, but keep the pink one for your records, as it has the shipping details and tracking number. Seal the poly bag securely, place it in the box, and stick the pre-paid shipping label carefully on it.

Fold the "A" flaps down, then fold the "B" flaps over them. Wet the tape’s adhesive with a sponge and stick it on the "Tape" area. After that, place the pre-paid shipping label in the spot marked “Affix Shipping Label Here.”
Ship Your Wedding Dress Safely
Your wedding dress is now packed and ready to be shipped to our facility. You have four easy shipping options:
- Hand it to your FedEx delivery person.
- Drop it off at a nearby FedEx store.
- Leave it at a FedEx drop box.
- Call 1 (800) 463-3339 to schedule a free pickup from the delivery driver.
