Begin by selecting the Clean Only Wedding Dress Kit and choosing options that suit your needs. You can select your preferred turnaround time and upgrade insurance coverage if desired. There is also an option to add preservation later, giving you flexibility depending on your long-term plans.
Once your order is confirmed, your cleaning kit is prepared and shipped to your door within 2–5 business days. It includes a protective container, a waterproof inner bag, a prepaid shipping label, packing tape, stain markers, and clear instructions. Everything is provided to make packing simple and ensure your gown is protected during transit.
Using the materials included in your kit, gently pack your gown by following our easy step-by-step guide. Once everything is neatly secured, place the prepaid UPS label on the box and either drop it off at a nearby location or arrange a pickup at your convenience.
Once your gown reaches our facility, it is carefully opened and registered into our secure tracking system with a unique ID and barcode. From that moment, you can monitor its entire restoration journey anytime through GownTracker, with clear updates provided at every stage.
Our specialists carefully examine your gown, identifying visible and hidden stains such as oils, perspiration, and dirt. Each detail is noted before cleaning begins. This ensures a targeted approach that addresses all areas, resulting in a more thorough and effective cleaning outcome.
Your gown is then expertly cleaned using SYSTEMK4, a gentle, eco-friendly alternative to traditional PERC cleaning. Free from toxins and fragrance, it is specially designed to protect delicate fabrics while effectively lifting stubborn stains, reaching deep into the fibers without causing any harm.
Before the main cleaning process begins, our specialists carefully treat targeted areas by hand using PRENETTK4. This step focuses on loosening stubborn stains and built-up residue, ensuring each affected spot is gently prepared, so the final clean is smooth, even, and effective throughout the gown.
CLIPK4 is then applied to carefully penetrate the fabric, targeting and lifting ingrained stains while revitalizing the gown at a deeper level. Its anti-static action helps smooth and refresh the fibers, bringing back a softer texture and a visibly brighter, fresher finish.
As the final stage of the cleaning process, VINOYK4 is gently applied to create a subtle, protective finish. This invisible, natural layer helps guard against moisture and minor staining, preserving the freshness of your newly cleaned gown long after it has been returned to you.
Your gown is gently steamed and pressed to remove wrinkles and restore its natural shape. Each layer is handled with care to enhance the overall presentation. This step ensures your gown looks fresh, smooth, and ready for storage, preservation, or future use.
Your gown is first enclosed in a high-quality protective dry cleaning bag and gently supported on branded hangers with grip detailing to preserve its structure. It is then carefully packed and prepared for its journey home. Within approximately 2–3 weeks, it arrives back with you, looking fresh, clean, and beautiful to be worn again.

Cleaning removes all visible and invisible stains from your gown and returns it ready to wear or store. Preservation goes further, as it includes archival sealing in an acid-free chest with a 100-Year Guarantee. Our Clean-Only Kit is ideal when your dress will be reworn, resold, or doesn't need long-term storage yet.
As soon as possible, ideally within two to four weeks. Invisible stains from champagne, body oils, and sweat appear clear initially but oxidize into permanent yellow or brown stains within months. The sooner your gown reaches us, the better your chances of a complete, flawless clean with our SYSTEMK4 process.
We strongly advise against it. Wedding gowns are made from delicate fabrics, like silk, satin, lace, and tulle, that react unpredictably to household detergents and water. DIY cleaning risks permanent fabric damage, loosened embellishments, and setting stains deeper into the fibers. Professional SYSTEMK4 cleaning is safer and far more effective.
Our Clean-Only Kit is priced at $260 and includes insured 2-way shipping, museum-grade SYSTEMK4 cleaning, complimentary cleaning for up to five accessories, GownTracker access, and support on logoed hangers with secure grips. No local dry cleaner markup, no hidden fees; everything bundled into a transparent, all-inclusive price.
Invisible stains, from champagne, sweat, body oils, and sugary foods, will oxidize and turn into permanent dark brown patches within six months. Over time, they weaken the fabric itself. Cleaning removes these threats before they cause irreversible damage, protecting your gown whether you plan to resell, rewear, or treasure it.
Yes, and far more effectively than standard dry cleaners. SYSTEMK4 is a multi-step, organic cleaning system that targets wine, champagne, grass, mud, and food residues. Unlike PERC-based dry cleaning, it fully dissolves sugar-based stains that typically survive a conventional dry clean and reappear as yellowing over time.
Absolutely, it's one of the best investments you can make before listing. A professionally cleaned gown photographs brilliantly, looks like new, and commands a significantly higher resale price. Our Clean-Only Kit delivers museum-quality results that make your dress irresistible to the next bride, helping you sell faster and earn more.
Standard processing takes 6 to 8 weeks from the day your gown arrives at our facility. Need it back faster? Our Rush Processing upgrade moves your dress to the front of the line and reduces turnaround to just 14 days — perfect for brides rewearing the gown at a vow renewal or upcoming event.
Yes. Mud, grass, and dirt along the hemline are among the most common wedding day stains, and our SYSTEMK4 process handles them extremely well. Our specialists treat each stain type individually, giving particular attention to the hemline and train where outdoor celebrations leave the most visible evidence of a beautiful day.
Standard dry cleaning uses PERC, a harsh solvent that can be damaging to delicate bridal fabrics over time. Our Clean-Only Kit uses SYSTEMK4 — a 100% organic, chemical-free alternative that is specifically formulated for silk, lace, tulle, and intricate embellishments. It's museum-grade clean without the risks of conventional dry cleaning.
